The first and second dealerships cleared the codes,did a manual regen and gave me a bill for $300 and said that the regen had to be reset with their monitor and everything would be fine! I have spent a total of $785 at 3 dealerships for absolutely nothing! The DPF supposedly is not regenerating like it should. I'm tired of the EPA and the government trying to safeguard my life! This mode is dangerous and just a matter of time someone is going to be seriously injured or killed due to that design. If it blows up, then its your fault. I have been stranded on a major highway b3 times within the last 3 days doing 18 mph holding up traffic in construction zones with concrete barriers on both sides and nowhere to go!!! :help

I have been hesitant on messing with the truck and was under the assumption that GM made the Duramax with all that pollution crap so the Duramax would last 1,000,000 miles. I pull 15,000lb triple axle trailers all over the USA. They really care about their customers and take pride in their knowledge of Duramax engines. They took their job seriously and did a great job. It was H&H Chevrolet Cadillac in Chambersburg, PA.

I am a RV and commercial transporter and have been to my last visit to a GM dealership for Clean Exhaust Filter and Reduced Engine Power dic. Well guys I finally am going to do it !!!!
